I just called Reuters and had a lengthy conversation with three people, and was assured they are publishing a comprehensive retraction and correction of the Chance story. They did not seem to be aware of the info give by CEO Faris at the meeting about the old Soviet wells and the leaking 41 crude, etc (per BOUHAFA's post of yesterday), were surprised by that, and promised to look into it. We'll see what they do, I guess.
