Have you ever read a study about how (or if) ME nations play OSX or Integrated stocks? Have their holdings ever been published (if so, I have never read about them). Aside from VZ's ownership of Citgo, are there many other relationships, i.e. ME nations with major ownership of OG firms?

Several years ago, for example, I read that Kuwait owned 25% of Mercedes Benz.
