Wee,
Well we now know why the stock was going down in what appeared to be a reasonably positive atmosphere being promoted by the company. I have only had one stock in many years that managed to surpass the pre rollback price. Usually, on the rumor of rollback I sell immediately. This is what probably dropped the price, as people close to the insiders got wind of the possibility of rollback. This stock kind of caught me by surprise as it appeared to be moving in a positive direction. Rollbacks are for the advantage of the management of the company, not for the shareholders. I have managed in the past to pursuade enough people to vote against rollbacks. In all these cases the stock rebounded by itself. Never fall for the company line that if there were less share out, financing would be easier to obtain. True, it is easier to obtain, but only to the benefit of the insiders and houses doing the financing.
Lets stop this rollback. VOTE AGAINST

Larry
