Very smart deal - it also gives the company cash flow - which is attractive for an exploration junior - one should not overlook the fact that in the text the company mentions 100,000 feet of diamond drilling this year - I've seen 75,000 mentioned previously. Ironic that RMX will be getting royalties from competitors!
