Put me down as a Yes. My vote cancels yours. It doesn't matter if GWB was convinced of the necessity of taking care of Iraq before he even got the nomination or just yesterday. What matters is the truth. And it is coming out. The UN has a decision to make. If it continues its present course, it will become irrelevant and die.
