Why Saddam, and why now, and why so urgent?

1. The regime is cozy with terror organizations who dislike the US.

2. Saddam dislikes the US.

3. He might pass WMD to a terror organization.

4. He has exhibited agression toward his neighbors and sits astride crucial oil reserves.

5. He has violated 17 UNSC resolutions and the terms of the '91 cease fire for over 12 years....
