To answer your question, I do think it means an announcement is imminent about a new acquisition. As far as first quarter earnings, I have not seen any forecasts, however, I would bet that the three analysts quoted have inside information from management as I am sure they are putting out research bulletins on PCTH for their clients.

I am extremely pleased that PCTH management shared their plans and strategies for the future with us, as it provides a good basis for evaluating the long range prospects for stock appreciation.

The information that I am most impressed with is: 1. Their goal to increase revenues more than 4X to $150 million in 36 months and 2. To look for companies to acquire having moderate to explosive growth potential that could add 50 cents to $1 a share earnings within 12 months.

Everyone is free to evaluate and assess the information management presented in any way they want and no one knows for sure whether these goals will be attainable or not, although management should be commended for striving to achieve these goals.

There are two reasons that I am personally in this stock. I. It provides me with a low risk on the downside (I feel) that enables me to stay invested while others worry about the Stock Market and 2. I think if the goals management has set for themselves are anywhere near accomplished, the stock could become a $20+ stock.
