It's always difficult to compare across trials, but those PASI 75% results are spectacular.

This is the "improved cyclosporine" that is partnered with Roche I believe. It's one of the compounds I was thinking about when I commented some time back that Roche seems to be doing a great job on the early-stage licensing front.

I only see an active quote for the stock on the Toronto exchange - it's traded in the US (ISTKF), but apparently by appointment only.
