There has been no credible allegation, to date, that the man stole anything. Perhaps he did, but you have still not brought forth anything remotely resembling evidence.

We don't convict people in this country by a process of elimination ("if not Lay, then who?"). Lay must be tried and convicted on the basis of evidence.

Again, it is clear you flunked your Jr High civics class, so arguing this with you is like arguing with a 3 year old.
