Yours is an irrelevant question. The basis of our Iraq Attack is not a "nexus" between 911 and Saddam. It is the plain and obvious fact that Saddam has willfully ignored his obligations under U.N. 687 and 1441. Even if no clear and direct link exists between 911 and Iraq, the fact that Iraq has refused to fulfill its obligations under UN 687 and 1441 gives us the moral authority to enter Iraq and disarm it. The fact of 911 only makes our mission evident and urgent.
