Protracted litigation an investors view. Fortunately, we have the Markman Hearing which will be relatively quick. Just before the judge.

Issues: What is the patent; what does it mean.
Evidence: The patent itself, Mr Freeney, prior art and what obviously would have evolved from the prior art.
Decision: The scope of the patent. Which claims stick and which go out the window.

As there are so many other probable infringers, this decision will be precedent enough for them to license or not license. With a favorable decision this stock will have climbed so much that how long the litigation will go on will be a headache, but not for investors.

Mr Fink has to successfully carry the ball through the Markman hearing. If he does that, most hear will be happy and wealthy. Then with others convinced to license, The $$ will be flowing in, and patent enforcement can be "ramped up". Right now, we are wanna be Davids fighting many Goliaths. Mel
