Bush's Duct Tape Terrorist War and his Saddam Bogeyman obsession make for the very best kind of cover for Bush's unelection into the presidency, the bad economy and any number of labor, environmental and health care wrecking balls wielded by his regime. Indeed, there's much that he's sneaking through Congress, or rearranging via executive orders.
