I don't really have a good explanation for the high trin level. Maybe it is the same as last week. And as you point out, it could mean that there is now some cash ready to buy a bigger drop. Tick never confirmed a true capitulation, and the trinq never really got out of bounds, so I'm sure that the speculation will abound tonight.
