Well, that certainly makes me feel better in Mr. Raines' intellectual abilities - equating $1 TRILLION in guarantys and off-balance sheet liabilities (and NO loss reserves) to "our capital is so carefully ascribed to our risk." What a numbnut... Don't they also have a big hedge play based on rates RISING here?
