I'm glad someone is finally bringing voice to the farce that somehow war could be avoided if only Saddam did some vague action usually labelled "disarm". This was always just a false platitude to cover the decision to attack Iraq and seize the oil fields, which had been made months or years before and had nothing to do with any "disarming" actions.
