It certainly feels like it is time. I believe that real money will have to come in to avoid accelerated selling.

I also feel that the start of the war will not inspire true buying. we will be solidifying the negativity that has been building against the US, oil will likely spike when the oil fields go up in flames and there is still a good chance of counter attack, there or here. All the chatter about a war rally is just another ploy to keep the little guy in the market. If we can end the war according to plan and within a week, a rally can be justified...all in my opinion.
