WTH, was this guy talking about?Specifically, Russian and France said they would vote against it, and Pakistan said it would abstain, which would mean that the Bush administration would need all five of the remaining uncommitted votes on the UN Security Council for the resolution to succeed... look if France or Russia VETO's the dang thing all 5 other votes dont mean squat.. above is from not-breathing-cum
