Why do you think such a thing exists or is possible? I mean other than in the technological and scienteific areas where one brick can be piled atop another.

Is man any different now than he was 5,000 or 10,000 years ago? Is he not driven by the same desires, urges, fears, and angers?

The Communists assumed that man could be re-engineered. Ask a Cambodian or Russian kulak where that led.
