See my earlier DD. It appears that the licensing came from RJVN, a company that issued 9,000,000 worthless, and I do mean worthless as the company had $900 in the bank when they were issued, shares.

I also called the company. Unfortunately the answers they gave me were not of the caliber I expected from a future billion dollar enterprise.

They particularly were a bit evasive when I asked about a 2001 press release where they spoke of basically having several of the larger pharmas providing financing.

Of course, it never came.

BOCX has scam written all over it, top to bottom.
