<<Attacking Iraq will lead to:

- Increased terrorism
- Destabilized Middle East >>

Silly nonsense. This is what the knee-jerkers said when REagan bombed Libya. The only problem is, following the bombing of Libya, terrorism took a sabbatical. It was amazing how the terrorists went into hibernatiuon when they saw the US was willing to retaliate.

Conversely, in the 1990's under the turn-the-other-cheek doctrine of the Clinton administration, terroism increased steadily as the savage arabs came to believe we would not make any meaningful response. And with Clinton in the white house, they were right. And this all led up to Sept 11.
