Nero fiddled while Rome burned. Bush fiddles around in Iraq while our economy and prestige burn. But like the Emperor's New Clothes, most people do not see that our "Emperor" is so flawed. Maybe it's 9-11 or the GOP control over the media but 50% or so just see a Christian patriot doing "the right thing". Amazing. Meanwhile, we burn. Can stocks get any lower? Yes. With Bush in office they will. I will buy like hell once I see Bush's one-term cemented. From there the markets ought to go up-up-up. But only if Bush is beaten.
