Karen, the more they postpone, the less chance for the invasion.

Attitudes in the rest of the world are hardening against the war. Dubya's dummy press conference was a PR disaster. The US stock market lost about $170 billion today. Every additional day of uncertainty is a nail in the coffin of our comatose economy.

Besides, US multinationals will begin to feel some economic pressure overseas. We will have numerous earnings warnings as the quarter ends. There will be increased economic pressure against the war.

The decision to use military force will get more difficult with each passing day. Besides, Blair cannot stand the heat much longer either.

Dubya's excellent adventure is no longer looking so excellent. Even his pappy is openly disapproving his unilateralist approach. Dubya's hubris and Texan machismo will keep him going. Let's see how far on the path to perdition.
