Strategically this is just not the right time to take on Saddam.. I think strategy is either taking Saddam out or leave him there. When it comes to timing, it is tactics. On this I agree. Our timing could have been different, and tactics in going about it could have been different. Joe, change your coulds to shoulds and we are in agreement. The way this was handled was pretty amateurish. ted
