It's like any other derivative -- gonna have a bit of premie or a discount, no?? You can define it any way you want, but there's going to be more than a penny diffference and I am sure that sometimes it goes to a bit of an extreme one way or t'other -- and being the kind of guy I am -- I would bet that a premie means short term optimism
