I've been a developer for about 10 years, with exposure to VB, VC++, Turbo Pascal, Pascal, etc., including Delphi. * Delphi is a phenomenal product. * Developers that I've known that have tried Delphi have recommended the product to others; the "word" of Delphi has grassroots support that is spreading like wildfire. Why do developers like Delphi?

Optima++ is also a great concept, but requires a bit of work before it becomes "mainstream".
