Agreement Adds an IP-Savvy Systems Integrator to Complement Internap's National Sales Structure

Under the terms of the agreement, NEC BNS will resell Internap's core intelligent routing services and will work with Internap in developing and marketing new services, including IP-based VPN and VoIP solutions that employ next-generation IP networks.
With today's announcement, NEC BNS, a leading multiservices systems integrator and NEC America's direct sales and service organization, becomes an authorized sales agent for Internap services. The terms of the relationship include co-marketing and training programs to quickly make Internap's technology available to both current and future NEC BNS customers. Internap will provide dedicated sales personnel to train the NEC BNS sales force and will team with NEC BNS in targeting Fortune 1000 customers seeking a total solutions approach for customized, IP-based network services.
