The markets will not come back much after the war. The markets are not as concerned about the war as they are the Bush policies, breaking down of the global economy and the draining of our Treasury by the right-wing tax hawk zealots. In other words the markets just hate Bush. Replace him with John Kerry or anyone else and they'll soar.
