Dale, The U.S. did arrive with it's military to contest Milosovic's genocide. It may have been later rather than sooner, but it came. Of course, my original point still stands. The genocide in ex-Yugoslavia took place in Europe's backyard and I didn't see a whole lot of action on their part of France, Germany or any other European country to stop it. Without the U.S. Milosevic might still be in power rather than being tried as the war criminal that he is. Europe was unwilling and unable to act in the face of tyranny. Recent events have demonstrated that nothing has changed.
