Like I said, it all depends on what your definition of a "life" is, not on what your definition of "privacy" is. However, the Supreme Court based their Roe-v-Wade decision on privacy, not on life, hence basing their decision on a logical fallacy. Most people don't know that.

IMO they did define the beginning of life...after the first trimester but their are very vocal minorities who disagree.
