Wow - Robry's data shows a draw over what Lehman's accurate formula indicates. Last week they estimated some serious demand destruction and fuel switching should occur, their estimate I think was 120 but they knocked it down to 90 anticipating demand destruction. But with this estimated draw it which is consistent with others for HDD, demand destruction is not showing up. This market cant see more than about 3 days in advance it seems, I dont know where the NG for storage will come from next Winter if we do not start destroying demand now. I see generation switching back from oil to NG now. With all the nukes coming offline I think there will be some mystery demand created over the next 6-8 weeks during non-ng fired generation maintenance season.
