Yep, it's getting bad. Add to the economic mix after our war on Iraq a flurry of terrorism within the homeland such as the Israelis have dealt with for the past 50 years, and you have the makings of a two year continuance of the perfect economic storm. My thought is this: I'm committed. For the last 3 years, I've been saying my retirement is 10 years away. Well, it's still 10 years away. Argh! However, the way I look at it is that I'm buying into the market at more reasonable valuations now, and I think it's most likely that 10 years from now, all the money I've invested in the market over those years will be worth enough for me to retire. I wish us all luck!
