It's a usurpation of sovereignty, given that Iraq has not actually attacked the US in any way

If one country attacks another country, does a third party have the right to go to war against the attacker?

If yes -

If that war is ended by a cease fire agreement, and the agreement is violated by the original attacker how does the resumption of the conflict violate the sovereignty of the original attacker?

Abortion is blatantly a matter for each individual woman to choose (surely no libertarian could allow anyone but the host the right to decide what grows, or doesn't, in his or her body) but I presume there's some debate here due to superstitious or primitivist influences?

Considering that there is another human growing inside the host's body things get a little more complicated.
