OT ~ Different courses every day of the week. Balance postures like "tree", as well as dynamic combinations like "Sun salutation" and such... Pretty tough stuff, though. Last week, after about 15 min on my neck and shoulders, "candle" pose alternated at times with being literally folded as feet touch the ground behind the head, I found it difficult to get through the next day :-)
