Though our headlines don't say much about him these days, Mr. Q. has been very busy strengthening relationships with little despots all over that continent, whilst we've not done squat. Going to bite us a few years down the road. About all we see from those African Despots is a hand out to us for Aid. I expect we will continue to do business with the ones that have oil, and ignore the rest. We have enough on our plate at the moment.
