Well, there is a good reason for not allowing a state or local government to do so- supporting the Confederacy seems like an act of treason to me. >For example, my idiot state representative's kid struck out in a baseball game last year. So this nitwit introduces a bill requiring little league umpires to have eye exams on a regular basis. While we could all agree that it is reasonable for these guys to have eye exams, I'm not sure a law is called for. Well, that's pretty funny, so maybe a law is called for- stupid laws make for great comedy :) -Z
