Yep, Jimmy, no big opportunities yet, but they will show. Plan ahead be able to act when the opportunity shows. They guy in the condo below me, has his place on the market. It will be interesting to see what happens with it. If Shrub gets his war, he will probably take United and American Airlines down, and send others into bankruptcy. Maybe they deserve it, but it sure won't be an aid to this economy. Some really ugly stuff out there.. scott
