CB,

The original post was written in frustration and spoofed the lefts arguments against war with a why we should become allies of the Iraqi's argument. But that started with my comment about ignoring the moral case for war and in effect supporting Saddam.

For that I got an FL warning :-)

There were no comments in my post about anti-Bushism let alone anti-Americanism.

In response, Spiral3 (to Franks comments on FL response to me) in fact calls anyone supporting a war (and Frank specifically) a child killer. We will see what FL does there, Spiral3 was quite defensive when called on it.

I think many of us supporting war are torn by the 'imminent threat' issue, and go over to the dark side based on 9/11 and what the world would devolve to if WMD are used.

The liberal cause is (I think) equally torn and gets extremely defensive when criticized. Hence all the McCarthyism and anti-American rhetoric coming from them. They think we think of them as traitors, when in fact we (or at least I) don't.

John
