WTS stands for Warrants...Its a vechicle in which the company raises capital by offering the buyer of warrants the opputunity to purchase in the future shares of the underlying stock at a set price. Kinda like an option with less leverage. In the case with AIPN you can purchase the stock at 4.00 a share for each warrant you hold, but the warrants expiration date is 3/98, so I am hoping the stock is way above 4 dollars by then.
