Ever tried to explain to a person with religious conviction that there is no proof for the existence of God and that in all likelihood the book he believes in were written by some very clever human beings but not sent by God?

But what Sun did was to take a logical discussion and move it to an sensitive issue in the hopes of playing off of Fred's emotions.

I am not sure if it is entirely fair to blame a person for giving a perfectly valid example and the subsequent deterioration of the conversation because one thread follower is sentimental to events involving Jewish people.
