Mill City Gold - Termination of Indonesian Project

CALGARY, ALBERTA--Larry D. Revitt, President of MILL CITY GOLD
MINING CORP. - (MIY-VSE) announces that it has advised Canarc
Resource Corp. (CCM-TSE) that Mill City will no longer participate
in the planned exploration of that property comprised of 159,400
hectares (approximately 384,000 acres) located on the Island of
Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Mill City and Canarc had originally entered into that Agreement
dated February 26, 1996 wherein Mill City had the ability to earn
a 50 percent interest in the Indonesian property. As a
consequence of recent events, Management of the Company could not
support ongoing investments in Indonesia.
