If more people want to keep it up than take it down, let them. If it hurts their image or affects tourism, so be it. I see some in the state are trying to get tourists not to come visit until the flag is taken down. That's cool, maybe it'll tell the stubborn that the Confederate Flag isn't exactly good PR. If Southern pride is more important than that, then let them have their pride. As for being "offended," maybe you ought to figure in those people who would be offended if the state took down the Confederate Flag. Tell me why their opinions don't matter. I'll bet you the reason has to do with the Thought Police thinking they're more "sophisticated" than anyone else. Tenchusatsu
