Frank, the management expected to receive these contracts and some revenues during this last quarter. That is why they didn't meet expectations. The long term story on the company has not changed. the enterprise value of the company has always been predicated on receiving these large contracts. FATS has the most competent management team, the highest quality product, and the best reputation in the industry, therefore one would hope and expect that these contracts would become theirs. The worst case scenario is if these contracts went elsewhere. If they did, the stock would suffer more pain. On a risk reward basis this is a great situation.
