As noted they sold 52% of proved reserves.Your right on the debt number. That said stock still looks somewhat cheap. What I was getting at on SW Minerals was maybe jimp or someone had a handle on the properties that were picked up in that purchase. The extra cash could be used to drill or purchase some production. I prefer the drill bit method myself. Just looking for a low risk play if there is such a thing in todays market.
