I agree with you. Hopefully, the pending merger will receive
the necessary favorable proxy votes. To me it looks like the
sum of the parts that each bring to the table will be greater than the whole. Each will benefit equally in the elimination of the redundancy that exists operating separately. They would start out with right at 100 million in revenue to build upon in a world-wide market. They have
a significant leg up on whatever competitors there may be out there. Furthermore, the on-going patent infringement
battle would come to an end eliminating major expenses for
both entities along with all of the time it consumes.

I'm looking forward to an exciting year of growth.
