Siberia will ask to be our colony, and we'll decide to accept that nation-building challenge. As a dowry at the wedding, they'll give Alaska a nuclear arsenal. As a wealthy nuclear power, we'll demand a permanent seat on the Security Council. After watching this, people in Yukon, Alberta, Idaho, N.
