Not quite. Anyone in possession of duct tape and weed wacker engines is a potential enemy and we need to send them all to Allah and Buddha. You may want to check your garage for these items and dispose of them ASAP. Since the Fourth Amendment has been repealed, possession of items used to construct WMDs could get you labeled as a terrorist and the FBI may cause you to vanish without a trace.
