I'm not the least bit surprised to see the French shipping weaponry to Iraq through their cut-outs. It's that type of government sanctioned behavior that has doomed them to second-class status. As far as their future in steering world order they are nothing more than a dying fish flopping around in a puddle. Their last gasp, if you will.

That said, it's only a matter of time before we hear stories of American companies taking advantage of the situation, too. Hopefully, our government will hold them accountable.
