Yikes... we agree!!! Now I might have to re-think my position <gg>

As far as: "Cisco's costs especially are way too high without options compensation" ...

... Cisco employees won't be put out if they end up with the same in their pockets after this ruling as they did before, will they? Do they really care whether it's shareholders or the company footing the bill?

And if shareholders are less worried about what it costs when they do the paying of employees instead of the company... well that sounds like an operational definition of "dumb money".

That's like me thinking a pool is much less expensive if my wife pays the pool-maintenance company rather than me.
