Absolutely.

I find few people with a consistent vision on this subject; the hypocrisy certainly goes both ways. Plenty of interventionists opposed Kosovo and many of our anti-war crowd supported intervention when Clinton was dropping the bombs.

NPR had a great show on this discussing a liberal case for war, pitting the editors of The New Republic vs The Nation. Katrina vanden Heuvel (Nation) could not articulate much more than an anti-Bush stance. Peter Beinart (New Republic) came out in support of intervention and detailed why - a liberal case in Iraq, no different from Kosovo or Rwanda.

Here we degrade into pro and anti camps, and if you are a liberal you oppose Bush - and hence - his war.
