Tough to predict the market these days. Every thing hinges on Iraq situation which seems to change daily. VIX could soar if things go badly in Mid East and panic sets in. But, if Saddam steps down or is "eliminated" by his "friends" then an explosive short term rally may happen. No way to tell the outcome now. IMO.
